Terms of Service:

Auto-Renewal: Your membership will auto-renew each month. Monthly fees are charged on the same day of the month as the subscription start date to the payment method provided by you.

Rollover Policy: Unused Membership sessions from previous terms will roll over for 30 days before expiring. Tans expire 60 days after they are added to your account.

Appointment Scheduling: All spray tan sessions require an appointment and are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Membership Updates: You may update or change your payment method or service frequency by contacting info@theglowlounge.com.

Cancellation Policy:

• Minimum 60-day commitment is required.
• After 60 days, you may cancel at any time. Email info@theglowlounge.com before the end of your current billing period to cancel.
• Unused or accrued sessions will expire 30 days after cancellation.
• Refunds for unused gratuities are available upon cancellation.

Non-Transferable Services:

• Membership sessions, discounts, and perks cannot be transferred, exchanged, or shared between client accounts.
• Account credentials (if applicable) may not be shared with others to access Membership sessions.
• Membership sessions cannot be combined with other offers or promotions.

Liability for Unavailability: In certain cases, Member Services or add-ons may become unavailable due to depleted inventory, distributor restrictions, or other policy reasons. The Glow Lounge is not liable for such unavailability.

Membership Modifications: The Glow Lounge reserves the right to change the Membership Terms of Service from time to time. Members are encouraged to review the most up-to-date version periodically. Continued use of Member Services constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.

Termination for Violation: The Glow Lounge reserves the right to terminate a membership without notice and without refund if it reasonably determines that the member has violated these terms.
